The vineyard is located in the south-east of southern Ardèche, on hillsides and gentle slopes. Parcels are carefully selected according to altitude to preserve freshness and a touch of natural acidity.

Winemaking

Grapes are harvested slightly before full ripeness to maintain freshness and lively acidity. The wines are vinified using traditional methods, with direct pressing and a first alcoholic fermentation in the winery cellars. A second alcoholic fermentation takes place in sealed tanks for 15 days to 3 weeks, creating the desired effervescence.

Wine Description

A clear, elegant, and bright color with subtle green reflections and fine, delicate bubbles. Floral aromas of linden blossom, complemented by almond notes and a refreshing profile. On the palate, the wine is surprising, generous, and fruity, with flavors of white peach. A delightful sparkling white wine that awakens the senses.

Tasting

Best enjoyed well chilled as an aperitif, paired with toasts or endive and goat cheese tarts.
