Appearance: An elegant pink color with golden reflections. Very delicate, lively, and consistent effervescence.
Nose: Initially reveals indulgent aromas of red fruits: sour cherry, redcurrant. As it aerates, blood orange notes emerge.
Palate: A vertical, very refined palate. The flavors of wild strawberries, highlighted by minty notes, give this wine both a refreshing and pleasantly sweet character.

Varietals

40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 20% Meunier

Winemaking

Blended Crus: Around fifteen crus from the terroirs of Verneuil, Cumières, Damery, Sacy, Les Riceys, Avize, Chouilly, and Bassuet. Aging: 36 months in the cellar. Red Wines: Around 10%. Reserve Wines: Around 20%. Dosage: 7 g/L.

Food Pairing

This cuvée enhances aperitifs but also pairs beautifully with meals featuring white meats.

Storage

Store in a cellar, away from light, at a constant temperature. Chill in an ice bucket with ice cubes for 20 minutes before serving.

Best enjoyed at 8-10°C.
