LA CÔTE À BRAS BLANC DE NOIRS
BRUT NATURE – VINTAGE 2012
$120.00
Confidences of Benjamin Fourmon, President & CEO of the Maison, 6th Generation
“As early as 2007, my father had the original idea to work this plot in an exceptional way: one plot, one grape, one year, one wine. This cuvée is the expression of Pinot Noir from Cumières—fresh and saline.”
Tasting Notes by Nathalie Laplaige, Head Cellar Master of the Maison
Appearance: A cuvée with a sustained golden yellow hue.
Nose: A bouquet of exuberant and indulgent aromas composed of citrus, candied orange, and fruit in syrup.
Palate: A fresh and finely chiseled attack. The Pinot Noir fully expresses itself through notes of heather honey and intense fruity nuances that envelop the palate. A mineral and iodized finish.
