Soil

The vineyard is located along the Rhône Valley on red pebble soils, influenced by the famous Mistral wind. It is composed of vines that are over 20 years old.

Winemaking

Throughout the growing cycle, meticulous work is carried out in the vineyard. The grapes are carefully handled, including crushing, destemming, maceration for 8 to 10 days, and gentle pressing to preserve all the grape’s flavors. Malolactic fermentation is systematically carried out.

Wine Description

A ruby red color. The nose is spicy with aromas of ripe and candied fruits. The palate is round and warm. A well-balanced and surprisingly expressive wine.

Tasting

Ideal with stuffed vegetables and grilled or sauced meats. Serve at 16°C (61°F).
