Vineyard
The vineyard is located in Southern Ardèche. The grape varieties used in this blend are planted on chalky clay soil with a small percentage of sandstone. The area’s typical Mediterranean climate is influenced by the Mistral wind that dries out the vineyard and helps avoid diseases.
Winemaking
Part of the harvest is bled after a variable maceration period depending upon the intensity of the grapes’ color (12h to 24h). The juice is fermented at a low temperature (15° to 16°C) to preserve the fruit’s aromas.
Tasting Notes
This wine displays a bright and shiny rosé color. Dry and fragrant, it exhales red fruits aromas. This is a tasty wine that is at its best when served chilled.
Food and Wine Pairing
This wine goes perfectly well with mixed salads and cold or hot appetizers.
Best served at 8°C.
