Terroir

The vineyard is located in Southern Ardèche. The grape varieties used in this blend are planted on chalky clay soil with a small percentage of sandstone. The area’s typical Mediterranean climate is influenced by the Mistral wind that dries out the vineyard and helps avoid diseases.

Winemaking

This wine is made traditionally from crushed and destemmed grapes and includes some Merlot that has undergone a thermovinification. It is fermented at a controlled temperature between 24 and 26°C.

Tasting Notes

This product is a lively and shiny red color. It is a fruity red with good structure.

Food and Wine Pairing

This wine is perfectly adapted to grilled poultry and any type of cheese.

Best served at 16°C.
