Soil
The vineyard is located in southern Ardèche, mainly planted on clay-limestone soils and influenced by a Mediterranean climate.
Winemaking
The Merlot is vinified with a short maceration and strict temperature control to extract aromatic richness and color while maintaining a smooth, silky structure. The Gamay is vinified as whole clusters using carbonic maceration, contributing its full aromatic expression.
Wine Description
A bright ruby-red color. A nose of red fruits with hints of vanilla and coconut. On the palate, the wine is round and supple, with well-integrated tannins.
Tasting
Perfect as an aperitif and with white meats. It will also pleasantly surprise when paired with exotic or Asian dishes. Fruity and smooth, it can be enjoyed on its own, even outside of meals. Serve slightly chilled between 12 and 14°C (54–57°F).
