Tasting Notes
This wine is a shiny red-tile color. It exhales a rich array of aromas, including black currant buds, red berries, and vanilla. This is a supple and round wine with firm but polished tannins. Well-balanced, it is truly representative of the Pinot Noir variety.
Food and Wine Pairing
This wine goes well with charcuterie, cold or country buffets, but also with orange duck or turkey with chestnuts and cheese such as Saint-Nectaire.
Best served at 16-17°C.
